"I was athos several times and was looking forward to it. I was disappointed by our worshippers. they both felt they were bland and lacked the normal taste. also lacked the long-term, which in any case remembered frozen bagged vegetables. the highlight of the meal was the hummus pita appetizer. I know that the restaurant changes the hands, so hopefully this was just a swallow in the transition. I would give them a further chance. the service was excellent as always."

"Eat for the first time in this restaurant. French onion soup was very good New England Clam Chowder was thick tasty. Salad was served chilled dressing was good. Entrées were potato crust with grilled spinach and Braised Beef Shank with Orzo baby carrots was excellent. Dessert menu looked good, but we skipped it because we were so full. Waiting staff was very friendly. Will definitely try other dishes again."

"I has a decent but a little disappointing lunch here. I have honestly had better pita wraps from food trucks or casual (even cava or independently owned) restaurants in town. Skimpy, somewhat under seasoned chicken. I would say it's not greasy though or over sauced which is nice. The fries were good. Baklava had a wonderful filling but the pastry itself was practically raw. If you pressed it together British Baking show style it was just dough. Mahi battered fish and sauces were liked by my table-mate We waited a long time to have our orders taken, like 10- 15 min before being greeted. There people working there were nice folks if not totally professional. The atmosphere is lovely for a strip mall type place , lots of happy and relaxed people, good noise level. If I were to go again I'd try the appetizers and dips, have a big salad. People looked pretty pleased with their salads and cocktails//wine. I would give it 4 stars if the baklava were better."

"Five stars don't even begin to do George's famous Gyros justice. The Gyros plated is highly stacked with the best meat I tasted EVER. The shrimp salad is a meal for at least 2 or 3, the shrimps are perfectly cooked and the dressage is to die. You have a crazy scientist on the back that makes maize fritter as you never cost. Then there's Katie, and she pulls the whole show together. It keeps all customers happy with their wonderful smile and personality while ensuring that everyone has everything they want and describe the wonderful food."

"Wife and I stopped off for dinner. Food is always good, but tonight it was awesome! I ordered a Greek steak sandwich, which is like a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which came with fries. The sandwich and fries were incredible. Huge sandwich packed with gyro meat, onions peppers and cheese. The fries are sooooo good, you can't stop eating them. My wife got the falafel plate, which came with fries and a small (not so small) Greek salad. Her portion was also huge, and was delicious. Honestly, kind of a hole in the wall, but maybe the best food I have eaten in Arizona. A must place to eat. Make sure you are hungry when you go. And the prices will not break your wallet."

"George's food was amazing! Probably my favorite Greek restaurant in Arizona. Very fresh, reasonable prices, and a wide variety of menu choices for everyone. There was even outside seating! This is truly a great place to eat lunch or dinner. George's has absolutely the best Gyro's, Greek Food, and overall menu and value of anywhere in the valley!"

"Jordan Rohan? I have to say Aplos is a child-friendly environment. There is a courtyard that is a common room and if you decide to sit in this area, that is your choice. Aplos is not responsible for the children walking around. Also, Christmas and children and schools have parties. I know that the managers offered to move your table in or on the terrace where they have control over the noise, but if you choose to sit in the courtyard and there are kids and that ruffle your feathers then maybe aplos is simply not the place for you. It is a family-friendly establishment. There are many places in the highland village where you can get a table away from activity. There will always be children in the courtyard, Aplos staff are not responsible for this. I was there tonight and it wasn't different than on a Friday or Saturday night when kids walk around, having fun while their parents do the same."

"Lettuce was not only mostly brown and clearly rotten, but my salad had an actual bug in it. Truly disgusting. We couldnt eat any of our order. Prices also wildly high for what we got. We live in town, and would love to have some great greek food, but we will not be ordering ever again."

"Overall, the experience was great. The only issues I had were that the Greek Fries could have been crispier and my Spanakopita was served on a bed of romaine lettuce, which affected the taste. The sauce that came with the fries was delicious, and the flavor of the fries was excellent. I would definitely order again, but I would request crispier fries and no lettuce in my Spanakopita."

"The Meatballs and the Greek Popcorn Chicken Bites are a total flop. The Meatballs were dry and tasteless and the Greek Popcorn Chicken Bites were tiny and barely had any chicken. The ZUCCHINI FRITTER PITA was really good and I would reorder that."
