"Kay's Tea House is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. On the outside it may just look like another boba shop, but on the inside it is very pretty. It has a floral/plant theme kind of thing going on. The staff was friendly and nice as well. I tried their Hey Hey Jasmine which is their version of a jasmine milk tea. It had a good creamy and tea ratio to it which I liked. The boba itself was on the more chewy/rubbery side though which I did not prefer. If I were to come back, I would definitely try their Green Tea with Cheese Crema and their Vietnamese sandwich."
