"The noise level at this restaurant was extremely loud. I had a C-Suite executive visiting from our company in Minneapolis and we met for dinner. I had made reservations beforehand assuming he was with Marriott. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation had taken up all the tables in the lobby area where I had hoped to sit. The waitress informed me that the restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was not communicated when I made the reservation. We ended up sitting at a high-top bar, with other patrons on one end and us on the other. The service was slow, and it felt like we were left to fend for ourselves. When our food finally arrived, the salmon on the salad was warm and the BBQ beef sandwich was cold. We ate what we could and decided to leave. We were handed the bill without being asked if we wanted anything else. Overall, this experience was disappointing and I will not be returning. I will also make it known to others not to choose this restaurant. Unfortunately for Marriott, our company has 19,000 employees and this experience may prevent them from having a second chance. It is a shame that the Marriott did not ensure the restaurant's operations were up to standard. I have a feeling that other customers were also put off by the lack of a proper dining area. After a long flight, one hopes for a good meal without having to leave the hotel. This experience did not meet those expectations."
