"I stopped in here for a beer after work and was thrilled to see all the taps available! They had at least 15 beers on tap, most provided by local brewers. They also have a full bar and wine for people not feeling the beer scene. What earned this place 5 stars was the VEGAN PIZZA They had it advertised on the counter so I inquired and the owner informed me they had just got a new cheese he wanted to try. I volunteered to be the Guinea pig and was not disappointed! Let's start with the pepperoni, delicious, not greasy, flavorful, and just the right about of kick. The cheese melted beautifully, becoming creamy. It wasnt rubbery or bland at all. The sauce and crust brought it all together to give it the texture and taste of real pizza! I highly recommend to all fellow vegans and even those nonvegans looking to try something new."

"I came into the Resteraunt around 430 in the afternoon...Was greeted very rudely by Michelle (picture of her hiding face) who told me she couldn't seat me and she would put me on a wait list. The resteraunt was 90 percent empty...I asked why and sherudely said she had no one to wait on me for at least 15 minutes.....I said I could wait at a table as I was in no hurry...Shesaid it was policy that she coul not do that...I asked to see a Manager who tried to back her up...As this was happening Augusta the excellent waitress said I could be seated in her section....I was begrudgingly brought over by Michelle thehostess. THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE ATTITUDE OF MICHELLE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN AN APPLEBEES SHE IS NOT FITFOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB ANYWHERE I eat At a lot of APPLEBEES and generally enjoy .....Not this one"

"After my father’s funeral, our family (15 of us) came here for dinner. We needed to find a restaurant in the area that would accommodate us in a private setting. I knew nothing about this place and called them on a whim. The waitresses were extremely friendly, the service was excellent, the food was very delicious came out quickly. I will definitely stop here again when I’m in the area!"

"The waitress was fantastic, the service was good, and the food was excellent! This restaurant is great for a nice lunch. The price is reasonable, between $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch and I highly recommend trying the Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce, Wonton Chicken Tacos, and the Quesadilla Burger. Parking was also convenient with plenty of space available."

"This is not something I usually do as I have worked in the restaurant business for 23 years. Today my son and I came for lunch and we were greeted very promptly by a nice man(may have been the manager) we were seated and told that someone would be right with us. They were not busy at all and I do understand staffing issues, but it was 15 min before we were even approached for a drink. A young girl came over stating she was not a server but she was getting our drinks.. We finally got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She was very cold and short with us almost seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered our entrees and 2 salads. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our salads were brought out again by the 1st young girl. Our food eventually showed up and and was definitely not prepared the way it usually is. We order the same thing every time. By this time our drinks were completely empty and our server Jenny C had no intentions of filling them as she began to walk away. I asked her for refills which she eventually brought although she seemed annoyed. She never came back to check on us although although our entire side of the restaurant was completely empty. I was very disappointed in my entree as I mentioned before it was prepared differently with A different sauce. I did ask her to bring extra sauce and she brought a teriyaki sauce and flung it on the table. I poured it all over my pasta and chicken entree then realizing that it was teriyaki sauce instead of the honey barbecue sauce it was supposed to be. As mentioned before she never came back to check for me to complain. So $50 for a very disappointing lunch. We came here specifically for this meal because it is my son's favorite and we were celebrating him getting his license today. Jenny missed out on a good tip by being annoyed with us. Do better! Very disappointed"

"I haven't been to Applebee's in about 15 years. I think I associated this place to a time when I didn't have much money. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised that the food was crazy good. The drinks were large and the desserts were tasty. The garlic green beans were delicious! Ordered an extra side of them to go. We went late on a Tuesday night so service wasn't an issue."

"Uncomfortable chairs for a party of 7. The waiter gave his name immediately which I liked. Great job! I asked for certain items which were forgotten. No plates brought out to share spinach and artichoke dip. Portion of ratio to the chips and dip and salsa was off. Next, my fettuccini Alfredo and blackened shrimp dish was dry and lacked the sauce. I was brought more sauce though. Lastly, desserts were ordered and everyone who ordered dessert was missing something. The waiter argued with our party stating everything was there. They literally had to show him what was missing. Totally not acceptable and had I been paying, I would have been speaking to a manager. So in the end what should have been a positive experience turned bad! I will upload pictures if I still have them. Oh, and terrible house salad by the way!"

"We came in with a larger group than usual tonight, which can sometimes be a recipe for disaster, but we had a wonderful experience at this Applebee's location. Our server Shawn was fantastic, providing quick, accurate, and friendly service without being overwhelmed by our party size. The kitchen staff worked efficiently to deliver our orders promptly, and the other servers and hosts were ready to assist Shawn in delivering food and drinks. We also had a pleasant conversation with Eve, the manager, who showcased the great teamwork and customer service skills of the staff at this Applebee's. "The restaurant was really clean. They were practicing efforts established for Covid-19. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and if we needed anything he was right there and happy to help. The lady who seated us was not so nice. She did not smile one time taking us to our table and was not friendly in any bit of the word. I am not sure she knew what manners were. The food was good and done to order. All in all it was a pretty good experience. We went late and were served quickly. The two people who who waiters took care of everyone and it was a very enjoyable time. They were fast and friendly. The place was clean. The food was really good."

"We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"I have eaten so often here, but after my experience tonight I will never go back! our order was not arrived. our server has not even checked us. another server had to refill us. our appetizers lasted an hour to get out (the were salate) we waited so long that we had to say something, even then we waited another 30 minutes and then asked that they all go to cover a hard cold steaks with acidic! finally we told them that we don't even want to eat everything for them to recharge us! the whole situation has brought us too late in our movie! it is also Valentine's Day! we never come back here again!"

"The new Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss burger was absolutely delicious. However, I ordered it medium-rare, and it came out so well-done that the edges were crispy. The French fries were also served at room temperature. Despite these issues, my overall dining experience was redeemed by how incredibly good that burger was. It was so impressive that I was able to overlook the overcooked burger and the cold fries."

"we lived here for over 4 years and this was our first time at the place. it was later on a Friday night and the place was pretty busy. had to wait about 10-15 minutes, so not too bad. ordered the hunch won ton taco appetizer. it was very good, but overpriced for four tiny tacos. $10) my man ordered the ribeye steak and I got the three cheesy chicken penny. his steak was just okay, but my pasta was absolutely fabulous. I could eat that every day. will definitely go back to get it back. the brotstick was quite tasteless. our waitress hailey was also wonderful. friendly. contempt, without vibrating. bought refills before our drinks completely expired. we really appreciate the quality of the service as well as eating. I have to admit that dinner was much better than I expected for a big chain restaurant."
