"The Mexican cuisine at this restaurant is excellent. The fajita was prepared exactly as I specified, with no oil or butter and grilled vegetables, chicken, shrimp, and a medium rare steak. The chicken tortilla soup with cotija cheese was flavorful and piping hot. The only downside was the long wait for even the soup to be served, and I had to send it back to be reheated. By the time it returned, my main course had already arrived. However, the service was friendly, and the food was delicious, so the delay was not a major issue, although I would hope for faster service in the future."
