"terrible experience. we waited 90 minutes behind our reservation time, just to sit, only then to learn that there were only two cooks for 14 hibachi tables, and we were eight tables away from a cook. we might have missed if someone had at least taken our drinks and appetizers and sushi order. but after another 30 minutes at the table we finally sat up and went. I understand that many restaurants are only short employees. but at least be honest about when they take reservations or greeting guests."
