There was a major problem with my order, I called to get a refund, and while he offered a replacement instead of a refund, he was VERY professional and handled the situation well. "I had a late night at a work event right way dinner and made an order. It was supposed to be delivered by 120am at 1:46 I called they told me it was on route. I asked “if you’re sure because otherwise, I would just cancel and go to bed”. They said yes it is on its way. I called back a half hour later and the person insisted that he never told me that my food was on its way and asked me “if I still wanted it”. It’s a five minute drive that was over 30 minutes ago. I am just gonna go to bed and never order from there again."

"The service was slow, with an attempt to upsell dessert even though we did not want it. The hostess was more attentive than the waitress. I was not impressed, and I am usually pretty easy-going. The dining area was uncomfortably hot after the first hour. An hour and a half wait on a Saturday night is acceptable at a 5-star upscale restaurant, but not here. The food was decent, which was a redeeming factor."

"Who needs meat when there are Urban Beets? When I first went to BLT Burger, I was blown away. So delicious. Coconut Bacon tastes like bacon and the burger has this delicious, satisfying taste I love. The whole thing was delicious. The place is very clean, upbeat and the staff is super beautiful. I really like this place. Everything tastes fresh and the prices are good. I moved to this area recently so tried today for the first time. Come back regularly! Folks, McDonalds costs you the same in these days so eat here and live longer!!"

"In my previous review, I mentioned that this was one of the worst açai bowls I had ever tried. I was surprised by the amount of chocolate and unhealthy ingredients they had included in the bowl. Next time (if there is a next time), I plan to ask for something much simpler. Also, be cautious because they often top their dishes with bee pollen, which I recommend skipping. We waited 40 minutes for two smoothies without any modifications, despite there being only about 10 other people in the shop. I'm not sure if the employees are unmotivated or if they are overwhelmed with online orders that we cannot see, but the service was one of the worst I have ever encountered."
