"We chose this restaurant for our Valentine's Day 2020 celebration. On arrival, the hostess was MIA for at least 5 minutes. When she arrived, she asked if we had a reservation. I answered and gave her my name. Without checking my reservation request for a particular table through the window on your computer, she took us to a random table in the middle of the restaurant. When we brought the table request to their attention and pointed to the reserved table through the window, she said that the table was reserved and went away and left us standing in the middle of the restaurant while she went back to the front to check her computer. After waiting there for a few minutes, a casually dressed gentleman, whom I thought was the restaurant manager, came and put us through the window at the reserved table. As soon as we sat there, the service was a little slow, but good. The food and wine was also good. This experience marked my second visit to Veritas Steak Seafood. But it was a first experience for my husband. I don't know if he'll ever visit again."
