"This is the restaurant we need in our lives. I honestly don't know where to start. Let's start with the menu. Menus: PLENTY of choices and extremely customizable. In fact, the cook came out to speak directly with a pair that had specific needs. He showed incredible attention to detail and pride when he rushed back to the kitchen to prepare her meal. Staff: The most friendly souls serve everyone with a courtesy professionalism 2 to absolutely no one. Always attentive. Never hurry. Never float, but always realize you need something soon. Management: Invest your day by ensuring that everything is top. The staff is definitely reflected by their management. Back: This place is not in Florida (where I live)"

"Guy put butter on my toast, bee pollen on my Acai bowl, and possibly cow cheese on my vegan veggie hash plate. Really disappointed at this point because I have many plant-based friends who enjoy this restaurant. I said no honey on the bowl and he said they didn't put honey on them, but they put bees on it!! So much food for the price but honestly will never eat again from here because of the rush and lack of understanding of animal ethics. I wish they would inform all employees about what vegan means so that they don't mess because I called back later and the other guy who answered the phone was understand and knew that all things weren't vegan."

"The only downfall here, is that everything is VERY expensive. $13 for an egg salad sandwich, which wasn't very flavorful, but the bread was good. We came in at night, and the bread was still really fresh and delicious. The $15 basic veggie burger was much better, but it should have been more like $9, $10 tops. The service was very nice, and the lady serving us was kind. We probabaly won't be back for a meal, but I would totally come here to buy fresh bread or baked goods:"

"Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Stop by for friendly staff, good simple food, and a clean restaurant/bathroom environment. I believe having a clean bathroom can be indicative of how their kitchen is. Clean bathroom clean kitchen and vis versa. This place is 3 years old at this location (because of imminent domain) but almost 30 years in total has been doing the great breakfast and lunch meals. I got the French toast breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, and coffee. Lovely light French toast, the bacon was pretty awesome for not being thick cut, the sausage was really good and the eggs were regular poured from a bottle (or so I think). Coffee was good and the service was great. Chrissy was my server and a great professional and friendly worker. Lots of regulars and stragglers like myself."

"The owner Ed came and spoke with our table several times despite the very full dining room, even delivering our food. He is very engaged and clearly cares for the restaurant. The manager Christina(? Visited our table, also very pleasant and checking about our visit. Our server Piper was a charming and witty person and left the three of us wanting for nothing. We had three different meals and cocktails, one appetizer. We didn't leave a morsel behind. I strongly recommend this restaurant even if you must wait a while to get a table as we did on the very busy Saturday morning! (20-25 minutes"

"Absolutely fantastic dining experience. From the pleasant greeting to the available seating I was at peace for a change in NYC. It was a cold evening and nothing but good company, cold whiskey and hot soup could comfort me. We arrived during happy hour so there was no avoiding the benefit. We took advantage if the $1 oysters and $10 cocktails. The oysters are absolutely fantastic, fresh and flavorful. Cocktails are delicately prepared by professional staff with care. My main course was the mushroom soup.The bowl was filled to the brim with delicious ingredients and perfectly blended altogether. I had nothing but an excellent experience this evening and will definitely be returning to try more dishes. My wife had the chicken shawarma. I have to say, the combination of fermented pepper, fresh chick peas and fresh greens really intrigues the palate.The dish is served with fresh, soft and delicious pita bread and I'll be honest if you're a bread lover like me, you'll be pleased. In total we've had a wonderful experience here and we are already looking for an opening in our schedule to visit again."

"The food was really tasty. Service not so great. We ordered arancini (no thank you to the waitress who high handedly corrected my pronunciation) and fontina flatbread. The former were deliciously light, the latter was an unexceptional tiny pizza. The entrees were better: the pappardelle al ragu was a hearty savory hug. The star of the evening was the spaghetti al granchio, black spaghetti with crab meat, superbly seasoned and a feast for the senses. The service was slow, despite the place being half empty for the majority of our meal (it 's a small place). My companion summed up the attitude as heightened obliviousness."

"I had a wonderful experience of coming here today, nothing had never been to azorean. interactions with the father and daughter who own this place were great, along with a very good menu and so many options that I needed to help find out what to order. I had the highest omelette and a cinnamon latte; my daughter had another brunch entrée and we loved everything we had! I recommend this restaurant for brunch or lunch and will be back as often as possible!"

"Super bummed after all of the great reviews. We had made reservations requesting a view, but that did not seem to be acknowledged. The tacos were under whelming the Birria tacos were so dry it was crazy. Perhaps we went on an off day? The Bavarian pretzel was the only saving grace."
