"Food was absolutely amazing and the people were the same. The place didn't open until 10:30 but we were let in early and served instantly with what I will call the best jambalaya and taster of gumbo I have ever had. I can't wait to go back in the future and I'm truly anticipating the jambalaya festival in Gonzales next year 2022."

"The food of Jambalaya Shoppe is never old. I'm still trying to figure out what I like most. Today I had gum over chicken and sausage Jambalaya. Food was excellent and the staff goes beyond and beyond to make you feel welcome."
