"I have been shopping at the store since it opened and have always been a fan. But today I bought chicken salad that tasted kind of off and so after my third bite I looked at it more carefully and it was packed on December 30. That’s really old. Hope I don’t get food poisoning. I don’t really understand how that could still be out and available for people to buy. yes, if I had been shopping more carefully, I could’ve looked at the date. It just makes me lose trust in a store that I have always loved."

"It's probably 2 years since the last time we traveled to Porterville. The same owner and the same positive energy. It was busy and the customer service was great. The food looks like you would expect from a deli tasty restaurant. It is important to note that the owner is working hard on his great staff that you do not often see in chain restaurants. In these difficult times, the credit goes into all small fast service restaurants. If you haven't supported yet, it's time. Very recommend this place for a bite to eat."
