"I begrudgingly write this review, as I am a local resident with high hopes for this rebrand. The experience was terrible from beginning to end. The reservation was late, they did not have rose at the bar, there was ZERO service. We asked to speak to the manager TWICE and were ignored. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of water. The server walked past our table several times without acknowledging us. We ordered sushi and a salad and were at the restaurant for an hour and a half. Our table was never cleared and the table next to us was having the same experience. We stopped going to LT because of lackluster service,and figured that the restaurant group had improved their service to the level of their neighboring restaurants. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the same restaurant management and will not be returning."
