"A cashier who was in training 'Jenny ' gave me wrong information. Tried to order a Classic Handwich, they took a moment to enter it and then asked, So an Impossible Handwich? "I’ve been coming to this store for a while now, and i finally decided today 7/7/21 to download their app. This establishment has posted a sign that states download their app and get your $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order with $10 orders. And they didn’t honor what they have posted in their store. Overall all my visits have been good not great but good. The other day my smoothie was to watery and they replaced it and made it much thicker. And i am very Thankful that Team Jamaba Juice can make my smoothie the way I think it should be thick not watery. I got a response from the owner of this establishment. And it wasn’t a response that i would expect from the owner or from a general manager of a corporation. I would think that a company that is under the Roark umbrella which own’s other companies like Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby’s would respond more accordingly. Message to the owner; I would highly recommend that the sign you have posted in your establishment come down immediately and to have the staff train more. I wonder if Companies that are under the Lettuce Corporation would respond much better. I went back to this establishment today 7/19/21 and the sign for $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order and i still didn’t get or was offered what was clearly posted."

"I really enjoy this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my kids. They always get my order right, even when it's busy, and I never have to wait too long. I love the Jamba rewards and being able to order online. My favorite drink is the Orchard Oasis, which isn't on the menu, but they always make it for me when I ask. Recently, I've been trying the kale smoothies and they are both delicious and nutritious. I'm grateful that this location stayed open during the lockdown, it brought some joy to a difficult time."

"I have consistently had good experiences every time I visit this restaurant. Unfortunately, for the past 3 months, I have been informed that their juicer is broken. It seems like they are understaffed and the wait time in the drive-thru can be long, but the drinks always taste delicious and have consistent flavors. I visit this restaurant at least 2-3 times a week because I am pregnant and craving Jamba Juice. The Greens n Ginger smoothie helps with my nausea, and my other favorite is the razzmatazz. "I like this location, the staff is friendly and they are pretty fast making your order. There is plenty of parking space and it is easy to access from both sides on Capital expressway and Tully Rd. "Frustrating experiences 2 days in a row. Placed an order yesterday for a snack pack with extra cheese dips. The order arrived with the wrong dips. Today, I placed an order to essentially get the cheese dips I was supposed to get yesterday so I could heat up my pretzels and eat them. In the substitutions section I stated that if the cheese dips were not available, the entire order should be cancelled, since that was the only reason I placed the order. Once again, they gave me the salsa cheese dips and not the original. I have now paid for 2 orders (with minor refunds from DoorDash for the incorrect items) and still do not have what I originally ordered. I know that they are just cheese dips, but what is the point of plain pretzels without cheese dip?!?!"
