"I wish I could have given no stars. The older lady with the dreads and glasses was very unpleasant. After taking an order from a customer in front of me the old dry woman didn't acknowledge my presence. She never looked up and I know for a fact she saw me. She continued to look down, walked away, and returned to the window again looking down. At least she could have spoken and said I will be with you in a moment. If Kim's Wing had been opened I would have gone there. I only stayed because I had formal clevelanders in town who wanted intercity wings. They said Kim's are better. Tell the old bitty to smile and use pleasantries!!"
