"I'm really frustrated. Noho, I often love your food, but your delivery experience is extremely inconsistent. Last week I got the lasagne, which comes with garlic bread. They were *great Great enough I decided to order it again tonight after a crummy day. Tonight's lasagne seemed to have ridden on its side on the way over, was only 2/3 the size of the portion I got last week, and this time was mostly sauce. Also, they forgot my garlic bread.I know this is a tough time for restaurants, and I'm a pretty chill guest. Stuff happens. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it might be my last ordering. Last time there was a problem I called and they sent the missing entree from my order, but made it feel like I was imposing on them. This time I was too tired and hungry to try and wrangle a fix and wait another hour for it."
