"I used to enjoy the service and food at this restaurant, but I have recently been receiving cold food. When I called to address the issue, I was treated rudely by a young girl who did not seem to prioritize customer service. She hung up on me while I was explaining that I did not want to have to cook my own food, especially considering the price I paid for it. She essentially told me that I could wait several hours for another hamburger to be delivered, but made it clear that I was no longer her concern. I am disappointed that after spending so much money at this establishment, I was treated so poorly. I will not be returning."
