"The food from this place used to be pretty good but has not been good lately. The food didn't cook right. This place is also very dodged. They only accept cash which charges taxes and tips are included in the receipt. They add the tip on top of taxes which rips people off. They also rounded up the final amount. See the picture attached. Overall, the food wasn't great and these extra charges are turned off. Won't go again."

"We walked past this restaurant earlier saying we will eat here later. So here we are. We went back outside to view the pictures of the dishes. You order 1st at the counter, pay then grab a spot to eat. We shared the Pork Belly Miso Ramen, mild with a small container of the chili oil. $15) We also shared the whole Grilled Squid. $10). Both were excellent. The Miso broth was not salty. ???? It came with maybe 4 slices of Pork Belly, 2 Shrimp, greens, a split soft boiled and of course Ramen. I added my heat separately. Now the unbelievable Grilled Squid. It had a drizzle of Teriyaki Sauce. The body portion was tender and perfectly cooked. Now the head and legs were crunchy. ????????. The place was clean with a lot of take out orders. Dining area holds at least 60. We highly recommend this business."

"I never order from deivery services because Im worried that they wont take the same care as in person. But honestly they thought of everything! The broth is separate from the topping and noodles so if it comes cold you can easily microwave the broth without making your toppings have the microwave texture. The egg isnt cut so that it can preserve its yolk when you pour the broth it still comes to the top and it was a easy cut. My dasher had another stop prior to mine and yet it still was piping hot! Also I have been feeling extremely sick and the Tonkotsu Ramen (Creamy Pork Soup Base) is a damn cure all. I feel so much better! You need a soup with a mothers touch here it is!!!"

"The broth and egg were delicious but everything else seemed very bland. The noodles were a missed opportunity as they tasted flavorless, even after soaking in the broth. The tofu was also unfortunately missing anything that could have propelled it from being plainly scraped out of a container and into the corner of my bowl. I was really surprised to see a to-go order treated in such a way as this would be your only interaction with a customer."

"I have tried their tonkatsu ramen and black garlic ramen in the past and enjoyed both, so this time I decided to order the Chicken Ramen. It did not disappoint! The broth was rich and the portion size was generous. I also really enjoyed their Takoyaki (10), although I prefer them in ball shape. Overall, the food was very good!"

"We ordered Seafood Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Chicken Ramen, they were all delicious and generous in size and ingredients. The Geso Fry (squid leg) was a little above average and satisfying. The Vegetable Tempura was a little tough, not bad, but I had to gnaw on it a little, which is atypical. Everything was packed great and stayed hot for a while. I'd definitely go back, but I would rethink the tempura"

"This place is always a consistent hit in our house. The shrimp rice noodles and chicken fried rice are always substantial portions. We learned after our first order than you only need one order of each, not per person! The shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings and potstickers are very tasty. And don't forget to add a couple of orders of lumpia !"

"Another Ramen 101 location to hit the Central Valley!! They are a chain that has popped all over California and now getting to introduce themselves here in the Valley. I have come here a few times and although not the greatest ramen that I 've personally had, it is good for the area. They have a decent selection of ramen to choose from with the majority being a pork-broth base but do have a vegetarian option for vegetarians. My personal go-to is the Black Garlic Ramen which includes all the usual toppings with roasted garlic. The portion size is generous and the price is comparable to other ramen shops, specifically in Bay Area. If ramen is not your preference, you have plenty of other options to choose from on their menu such as their rice bowls which all come with rice, vegetables, and a choice of protein. All of these entrees pair well with their large variety of appetizers. Store location is great within the Riverbank Crossroads. It is right next to the Gamestop and has plenty of parking to choose from!"

"Tonkotsu Ramen was tasteless and the soft boiled eggs along with the pork were overcooked. It was chewy. I didnt have high expectations but this was worse than I thought. I couldnt finish it and threw it out."
