"Celeste, the supervisor, packed my order personally, as she rudely mentioned, but unfortunately, one of the items was missing from my order. I had placed the order through DoorDash, and my refund was already processed before I even called to inform the restaurant. This experience with Celeste was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills, which was extremely disappointing. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. Although the cheesesteaks we ordered were good, I wouldn't return due to the poor customer service from Celeste, the supervisor."
