"Baltaire is an exceptional experience. The space and ambiance are amazing. Staff and management on point. They do American Steakhouse they way it should be done. Mac n Cheez is best in city. Everything in shareable portions which is great for party of 4 or 6. Plenty of space so you feel quite private even though there are many people in the massive dining hall. King Crab Louie and Lobster Cobb were 5 star as well as the delicious crispy fries. Meat, Meat, Meat is the way to go and they have what you need to succeed! Perfectly seared, charred, and temperature correct. The quality is supreme with beautiful marbling producing flaky, juicy bites. If more is needed, there’s cheese. One of best cheese selections in the city, an oft overlooked but wonderful way to finish off that 2nd bottle. Do yourself a favor and get the beignets for dessert."

"Sometimes you can’t help but love a place even if it’s a mini chain. They did everything right at the meal. Service that was professional. Food that came out promptly without being rushed. Food that came out tasty too. We enjoyed the candied bacon. How can you not love that sweet and salty crisp? Want the buffalo chicken salad had plenty of chicken plus enough other vegetables that this was a true meal. Service was great too."

"Well I have to say that I'm surprised to find a decent spot for Ramen in Miami, period. I decided to give this place a try and it was a good choice I must say. Came in today on a rainy day which is perfect for a bowl of good ramen. They have a few choices on the menu for Ramen and today they had duck Ramen for special but the nice waitress recommended the Bento box which consisted of Gyoza(dumplings) pork was my choice, a small side garden salad, house made Japanese pickles and the choice of Pork, Beef or Garden Ramen(Tonkotsu). Let me start by saying that to my surprise these are some of the best pork dumplings I've ever tasted anywhere and so good I didn't even need to dip them in any sauce for these were just packed with flavor, wow. Now let's talk about this Ramen…..honestly this is really really good Ramen, from tender pork to perfectly cooked poached egg.Now I believe it's intentionally under salted but that can always be fixed with a dab of salt which I didn't need because ladded the somewhat spicy sauce the young lady brought me and suggested I tried. Not overly spicy but good enough to feel the punch. I'd like to add that the service is excellent, very nice and attentive waitresses and food came out really fast. The young lady taking care of my table suggested the Mochi ice cream and I went for the mango flavored one...this is so tasty and delicious I can't even explain so l just took a picture which you can see with the review. Overall this was a really good meal and experience on a day that called for comfort food. Will be coming back for a bigger bowl of that good o Ramen."

"Becca is the sweetest funny waitress ever! She made our experience so funny and happy. She has it with the best service and extra rounds of the most amazing crumbs! Fresh and hot, ask them for them. Then we didn't know what to do for dessert, and Becca said that this is not on the menu, but we have seasonal pumpkin cheesecake and let me tell you it was so fluffy and light and so good. She even went the extra mile and brought her own mix of sugar and cinnamon to the cheesecake. Ask her about it. She's great and I'll be back every Sunday!"

"Wow! What a fantastic place. We were driving through Atlanta and our bodies needed nourishment. We chose Brooklyn Cafe as it appeared to have a menu with enough variety for everyone. We chose correctly. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. The grilled artichoke appetizer was amazing. The halibut special over mashed potatoes was delicious. And the salad topped with shrimp looked simple but was packed with flavor. We were still raving about it hours later. We will be back!"

"Our service person rushed us the minute we sat down. Our reservation was at 1pm. She was non-personable, never smiled, made us feel we were bothering her. We asked her immediately if there was a time limit on the table because me and my friend hadn't seen each other in several months we wanted to visit as well as enjoy our meal. She replied there was no limit and no rush for the table to me finished. We had to ask for beverage refills each time. Her attitude was a downer for us. BAD SERVICE okay food despite how good it really may be. Service effects the entire dining experience."

"I went in alone for dinner tonight. Table of one. I was treated like gold from the minute I walked in. Everyone was helpful, kind, and accommodating. The place itself is decorated perfectly for an upscale/classy dining setting. I decided to try four appetizers in place of an entree. Every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented, with the stand out being the beef carpachio. It was PERFECT! Exactly what you would want out of that dish with even more flavor! I really enjoyed my Pino Noir as well! This is without a doubt my new favorite Chico restaurant!"

"Arrived after the main group celebrating a special family occasion. discussed reservation with the hostess, who lied and retrieved the floor manager. Same story about the reservation and request to be seated together. Floor manger was very rude, so in an attempt to maintain a happy atmosphere, quietly accepted her lies and proceeded to the table. It was after the lunch hour rush and only two table were occupied in the entire restaurant The Food was decent not exceptional, group had crab cakes, steak, chicken, etc. It is basically C level food at A level price and service. We enjoyed a quite lunch while we talked across tables. Wait staff was not attentive and as stated food was simply average. at best. After paying a substantial amount for lunch, the kitchen manager decided to come over an make snide remarks to our group. There was zero appreciation as customers and it was clear half of out group is not the target demographic for this restaurant at this location. There are better restaurants in the area that would probably appreciate the business."

"Poor service! Lined up to check in. A guy just cut in front without saying anything. When informed that I was waiting in line, he said that he was there to pick up takeout. The hostess witnessed the incident and did not help. When I checked in at my reservation time, the table is still not ready. There were multiple servers walking around and chatting among themselves. There is no reason that the table is not ready. So, my husband and I decided to leave."

"By far the worst dining experience to date. Arriving early for dinner due to a show we were going to, the hostess seated us in the back. Our servers were both bartenders which could have contributed to the poor service. Our food arrived over an hour after we had been seated and we wondered why this was the case. We had also noticed that food was coming out of the kitchen and being served to other patrons who arrived way later than us and we also noticed patrons leaving after finishing their meal and we still hadn't received ours. We asked to speak to the manager who was to say the least unsympathetic and somewhat smug and presented us with a conclusion that our food order was rung in late by the bartenders serving us even though we were seated in the main dining area and not in the bar. With that said our food finally came out however we were running late for our show so we had to eat extremely fast and consume our drinks quickly. The manager offered to pay for our drinks but after that he was nowhere to be found. The check finally came and to our surprise the alcohol was still on the bill and one of the bartenders argued with us and finally took it off. Clearly a lack of communication between our servers and the manager. Which leads to my ending that he really didn't care about our experience. If you do end of choosing The Neighborly for dinner, please be cognizant who is taking your order and attending to your table. If this is a bartender then they will get distracted and neglect your order and you will get the same bad experience as we did."

"Ruined New Years Dinner at a not busy time. I went last night for New Year and ordered the 10 oz. Chimichurri steak. I saw the kitchen staff and thought, “they look like a great crew.” I asked for medium rare. The food looked great, but I could not put my fork into the steak. "The grilled artichokes were disappointing. They were very tough, poorly prepared with outer leaves that were useless and inner leaves that still had sharp points. When we tried to eat them, they dripped liquid everywhere. This dish was removed from our bill. On the other hand, the shrimp tapas dish was delicious. It had five large prawns in a tasty garlic lemon sauce. The only issue was that it came with a single piece of toasted bread that had already soaked up the sauce, making it difficult to share. The oyster mushrooms were a letdown - two large skewers with charred, bitter mushrooms. The Basque cheesecake was a standout - not too sweet, with a cake-like outer layer and a creamy inner part. The caramel sauce had a nice sugary crunch to it. The wines (Albarino, Sancerre, Rose) were excellent, even though the pours were on the smaller side. Overall, we wouldn't go back."
