"I hate writing reviews unless I have to but this place deserves it. The Jefferson diner used to be awesome and a great place to grab a bite until a few years ago there was a noticeable change. The prices got jacked up out the roof, the service got much worse, and the food is mid at best. The place got greedy and glides by now by their old reputation and the fact they were on tv a couple times. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. There’s plenty of other better restaurants in the area."

"This place was like finding gold at 3am after a concert at The Garden followed by socializing until most everywhere was closed for the night. We were pleased to find a bounty of options ranging from healthy to junky, fresh to processed, hot and cold, breakfast lunch and dinner juices and smoothies. Something for everyone! They have hot and cold bars during the day that are closed late night, for obvious reasons, but we still had more than enough options. We have returned repeatedly and all of the employees have been super nice and down to earth with a family vibe. Everything seems clean in the food areas and everything has been tasty plus fairly priced for the city. We’ve told all of our friends who are up for shows at the Garden regularly, usually staying at the Stewart hotel, and are known to get hungry late night. Very pleased to have found this place!"

"Excellent services. We were a party of 16 adults and 2 children, our main waiter Ben was professional, considerate, expedient and efficient. The other two staff were also very helpful. This is a restaurant in general is casual and family oriented. The food was delicious, some of our favorites were the hot Nashville chicken, it was tender, crispy the right amount of spice. The corn bread was delicious. The sesame dressing salad was great. Thank you for the amazing service."

The dining atmosphere was very good, which is also an important factor for food experience. Now regarding the food. The breakfast was OK in my opinion. If you?re looking for a quick hangout this will work out. I?m a lover of good American breakfast. For some reasons, I did not like their home fries (just me). They have variety of omelettes to choose from. Their sausage was too big and heavy. Our waitress said we?d be charged extra for wheat toast. Little surprised. Overall the restaurant is good to have one time meal. Vegetarian will have to customize your food. Not a lot of options."

"Tried harbor again. Asked for #89 shelter rock on a roll. But asked them to give me a normal roll not pretzel roll. They heard me and said ok, #89 shelter rock on a normal rock not pretzel roll. But when I opened it, not to my surprise, a pretzel roll. Not the biggest thing in the world. But when every time you try to give Either of the Harbor delis a chance to get your order right, they manage to get it wrong. Almost every time. Every time. Something missing, something wrong, something not right. I would love if the food/service was consistent. And I'm not even saying ohh poor me, I want a refund, I'm just asking that when I pay 40 bucks for a couple sandwiches that they're at least to my liking."
