"we had a great dinner in ciclo! our waiter denis was so friendly, friendly and attentive. he went out several times to make sure we had everything we needed and to make our dinner special. we ordered the mais empanadas and homebrot as appetizers and both were delicious. for our later courses we ordered the chicken, the beet salad, the butternut cheese soup. the food performance and taste were excellent for them all. I highly recommend ciclo to dinner and if they go they need to ask for denis to make their night really special!"

"we arrived 10 minutes early and although our table was ready and there were very few diners we said we had to wait because they had no server. our server was very nice but was not understandable about the menu. we asked about the sauces and he was not in agreement with his description. he had to go to the kitchen to ask. we had servale courses and they would take away the cute, but then not replace them. we had dirty dishes that were stacked together, and we stacked our tellers to make a place at the table. we had to ask serval times for new bestecke when we were eating before us. After our steaks arrived, we had to ask for the sauces we had ordered so many times, we sat with hot food waiting for cutlery and sauces while we had warm food before us. for the $800 w tipp for 5 people I was disappointed with the service."

"It was full for lunch. We sat and after waiting for 10 minutes, the staff never came to the table. Looks like they can't treat many people. The waitress went to the table behind us and they sat behind us. They had coffee, water and a soft drink on the table and we were not recognized yet. Managers should really circulate and make sure their customers take care. Needless to say, we went out and we? not even stopped asking what the problem was. It's a shame because many people rave over this diner."

I have never been to a restaurant that close for desserts even if they are already closed for food! "A completely dishonest 5-star rating! The food was amazing for all 4 of us who met for brunch. The cocktails were on site and the service was friendly and competent. I had the Corned Beef Hash that was as far from the normal Diner version as you can imagine. The picture shows more, but these were large pieces of fresh corned beef, potatoes and vegetables, with perfectly fried eggs on the side. I also asked for Hollandaise sauce on the side, and I highly recommend that it creamy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious! The hash was tastier when the image can convey. My wife had no joke about the old Grains salad, which was presented on the plate as an art piece, see the picture! For vegetarians this is a heavenly dish, and for those who are not, it is definitely worth trying. We also had several cocktails, including the Blueberry mule, the Moimosa and the Irish coffee. Trust me when I say that everything you order will be amazing. You need to make reservations to come, believe me, do it and experience this place. It's fantastic! We come back and try some other articles."

"My husband and I went to Oak Thursday, March 8th for his birthday. I selected this restaurant because of the reviews and some word of mouth. I had no idea how far it would exceed my expectations. I actually stopped by a few hours before my reservations with a car full of balloons and pulled through to the valet and told him I had a reservation later but wanted to drop off the balloons now. The valet got the manager and he poked a little fun at me and took the balloons and said don’t worry we got it. Our reservation was at 7:15 we got there around 6:50p. The hostess gave me a wink and said go to the bar and we will get your table ready. The manager came by while we were at the bar to introduce himself and told us about the various cuts of meat and flavor. It was exciting because we generally eat vegetarian and vegan at home for health reasons but my husband loves steak and chicken. My husband asked if they had a chicken and steak combination he said no but he would figure something out. Oh Boy did he figure it out; red carpet style. They created a fried chicken appetizer just for him and I had the crab cake and the server added several things for us to try, each dish being more exquisite than the last. My husband had the bone-in filet, I had the 8oz filet both prepared medium rare yummmmm so good, just perfect. Service from the valet to the server was impeccable. Food and drinks were amazing. We came in as customers and left as friends. Thank you for making us feel like we were royalty."

I recently went full vegan/ pescatarian and this place is very accommodating!! I ordered the portabello quesadilla with daiya cheese and it was to die for !! I got a juice called Emerald Kingdom and it was super refreshing! My friend had ordered the falafel wrap and some fries and both were amazing!! We will definitely be going back. "I hit this place whenever I am on the upper west. Solid service, can get in and out pretty quick (if its not packed on a weekend). Place has been there forever, allot of regulars and locals eat there so you know its decent. Good burgers that are fresh and cooked right (charred).
