"After our annual magical Christmas light drive, my mother, my son and I went to Bertucci for the early dinner. Barney, the Hospitality Manager, has placed us at one of the four tables in the bar area. He was very pleasant and helpful, reminded us of the appetizers and drinks specialties offered Monday-Friday of 3-6. Justine, the bartender, took care of us and was friendly, attentive and helpful. I ordered a hard cider from the $3 drink menu. My !on got a diet Cola and my son asked for a Shirley temple. When Justine brought it here, there were five cherries on my child who were thrilled! The rolls steamed when they arrived at the table and there were tons of herbs and spices in diving oil. We ordered garlic knots to start and two Margherita Flatbreads from the special menu, plus a child Ravioli. The garlic knots were hot and absolutely delicious with a lot of garlic butter and one side of Marinara for diving. When the pizzas came out, Justine said that she didn't love how one of them looked, because she felt it was a bit overcooked and without enough sauce, so she had asked the chefs to make a new one. While it was a little light on the sauce, we thought it was good, but she brought out the third pizza for us at no cost. She refilled my mother's soda before we asked, cleared our excess plates when we emptied them, checked for us, and made herself available without vibrating us or pushing us. The bill for our delicious dinner? $21. Thanks to Justine, Barney and the rest of the staff for a delicious, inexpensive and turnkey night!"
