"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"This store is amazing. It’s very clean. Good lighting which important to me before I walk into any deli. The staff are friendly and the food looks fresh. There is no pork in the store which is a plus for me. Everything I’ve eaten so far taste great. They have more options than some salad bars. The menu options are endless. I see people mostly coming for salads, wraps and coffee drinks. They have 5 or 6 types of bagels. They actually have lamb for halal food. Fresh fruit containers also have raspberries and kiwi. Yes, I walked around. And best of all, their prices are great."

"My go to pizza spot. I don't like the name, (NYPD... in Philly?! but I can overlook it. If you're looking for the fancy trendy stuff with weird toppings and cute interior decor, this ain't it. If you're looking for a fresh, hot, traditional slice of pie that has great flavor and just the right thinnest and crispiness, THIS IS IT! Their grandma pizza ain't bad either! Def worth popping on for a slice, you won't regret it."

"I loved this place. According to the price is excellent food in an excellent Location. Don?t go expecting fancy service or a fancy restaurant but food wise you will find very good food. The fries are how I like them, fluffy inside and crunchy on theoutside. The club sandwich I had was the chicken cutlet and my co worker got the steak bomb. He loved it as well. Good price.Good food. "They tried to serve me a roll when I ordered a hero of chopped cheese... It's not a big deal for a 6 dollar purchase, instead they fought with me over giving my money back. Give me my 6 dollars please? I'll eat somewhere else these guys don't even wear masks when preparing their food. And too many times I come home late from work to have ease in eating something I hope is served well."

"It was EXTREMELY busy. That's a good sign. We waited in line for about 20 mins before being seated. The waiters came over immediately to take our order. They don't have a wide variety of beverages on the menu, but the food takes up for it. Plenty of options. Although I would recommend adding photos to your menu because not everyone has social media and it's convenient to have it right in front of you. The food was DEFINITELY worth the wait. Very flavorful, and fresh. We had to get to-go boxes because the portion sizes were huge. I am returning for sure!"

"We order from this pizza place multiple times a month I feel like it 's finally time for me to write them a review. This pizza place is excellent the pizza has enough sauce (and garlicky amazingness) and is very reasonably priced. But the real winneris the pasta with marinara sauce. The sauce is home made and truly excellent I have been to some nicer Italian places thatwere not as good. The owners of this place clearly take pride in this little pizza place proudly saying the recipes come fromtheir families and asking you how you like it. They often give us fried dough as a treat and even if I refuse it they get alittle offended because of how much pride they take in their food! I have lived in New York for nearly 15 years and this is oneof the best pizza places I 've been too. I wouldn 't necessarily say this is a great sit down place, though. Just your averageNew York pizza place. But the pizza and pasta is AMAZING."

"While the humble looks inside could use a upgrade, don't let the vintage seating fool you. This is a tier 1 place to dine. "My husband was told by a co-worker of this place and they do have great tasting food, but what people have to understand is like with any restaurant they're not going to cook everything to perfection or rather to your liking. My husband and I went on Friday 1/22/22 and I ordered the 1/2 chicken and shrimp combo but the chicken was dry maybe old but I wouldn't order that again, portions are great, and the most friendly people."

"I know the delivery delay isn't on the restaurant, so no fault to them on that. But the food was ice cold, maybe they should be notified of the driver's ETA to know when to start preparing. On top of that, my food took 1 hour and 40 minutes from the time I placed the order. When I finally received it, an item was missing."
