"They have excellent food but they add way too much salt which takes away from the natural flavor of the food..example Italian beef..beef is highly salted and then when the highly salted sauce is added you only taste the salt and not the true flavor of the food."

"I am writing this with the hopes the owners will read it. Fabios came under new ownership/management about 1.5 years ago and the service and food has been amazing. Unfortunately, because the management/owners have handed over all the daily operations and have not been showing up, the quality of the food and service has dropped drastically.
