"We can only tolerate a limited amount of Texan Pride. However, the disservice at this restaurant is just too much to overlook. The severe understaffing and overworking of the employees makes it hard to fault the few individuals who actually care and work hard. With a long line of cars waiting at the drive-thru and several customers waiting inside to be served, it was obvious that this location was struggling. One person handling the lobby, drive-thru, and cooking duties was simply painful to witness. The blame falls on the owner of the establishment, who should take responsibility for the situation. By improving wages, attracting better staff, and potentially raising prices, the owner could make positive changes that would be forgiven by customers. It's time to recognize where the true fault lies."
