"I would give no stars if I could. After being a long time customer, among other menu items, I ordered a family pack that comes with 2 salads. As you can see by the pictures, the salads ended up being a handful of bad lettuce. When I called the restaurant about it, I was transferred to a rude lady who was being instructed in the background by the owner (who supposedly was too busy to speak with me). To make a long conversation short, they ended up doing nothing about it despite me giving them several options from giving me credit for the salad for my next order to having 2 other salads delivered (since they wanted the bad salads back). According to them, they couldn 't give me credit because it was part of a family pack and they wouldn 't deliver because they were too busy. In short, they said they wouldn 't do anything about it and that we could either eat it as is or throw it out. Needless to say, I 'm never going to order from them again."
