"our experience in scratch was excellent. it has been a long time since I was there, and I liked the changes in the menu. the quality of the fish in the fish and chips was great and the salads we had (baby greens and butternut squash) were very delicious. our only complaint was our talk about the vodka in the menu. We were subjected to a differentiation that was inappropriate for a sensational experience."

"Went with family. All 4 of us enjoyed the braised beef rib nachos as our Appetizer. 3 of us had sandwiches and one had the salmon bowl. We all really enjoyed our meals. We also tried 4 different beers and 1 sangria..all very tasty. Would definitely go back. The wine special glass of the day showed as on the menu, however was shocked to find out it was actually per glass as relayed by the waiter before I considered ordering it!! Nice experience overall but plan to pay more than a usual steakhouse"

"Very disappointed, never one to complain but... This place used to be one of my favorites. The renovations they did during Covid are horrible. As soon as we got off the elevator and saw the new layout, it was total disappointment. Used to there were several dining tables along the windows to view all the gorgeous views of Sandia. It's now set up as a lounge. Dining room has like 3 tables with the Mountain View. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? The drinks...my martini came in pretty much a shot glass...but was good. The food...VERY limited menu. Caprese Salad came late after told there were no more available. When it did show up, tomatoes were paper thin, mozzarella was slime....the toast with it was wonderful My steak undercooked...but flavored well, greens over the mash potatoes like they were just thrown on and the mashed potatoes was pretty thin, almost runny. His steak...overcooked Lobster tail was delicious Serve very nice Overpriced for quality to say the least. Head over to Junipers at Santa Ana Star Casino for overall better visit."

"Excellent dinner last night, the beef tenderloin and seared Ahi tuna was incredible. The entire experience from beginning to dessert was perfect. We hit the skydeck before our meal and really enjoyed the Metropolitan VIP treatment. (We were escorted right past all of the lines and delays) Andrew our server was on his A game. Can't say enough good things about it."

"I dine around the world, mostly in Europe, at Cipriani frequently. This dinner was to mark my civil wedding earlier on the day. While the food presentation was perfect as always, the service was pushy by European and indeed by US standards when it came to alcohol. Pouring a USD 250 bottle of wine, which should have been decanted, into quasi water glasses, doesn’t do justice to it. The same applies to charging non ordered items to the bill. While eventuality this was corrected it dampened the whole experience of what should have been a more memorable night at what is a beautiful restaurant that due to COVID’s impact on NY FiDi remains rather empty for a Friday night."

"The restaurant is beautiful and the views amazing. We had the calamari , shrimp orzo lunch special and bread. The calamari were just ok, the 2 shrimp served with the orzo large but overcooked and rubbery. There is a charge for the bread. It was ok and came with 3 different spreads. The spreads were the most tasty item. The restaurant was busy and after initial contact with our server we had to waive down. We are locals and hoped that this restaurant would be a regular spot for us. We will wait awhile before we return."

"Restaurant is small. We were put in a small room with only a few tables, one being occupied by a large, loud group. My husband and I could not hear each other at all. We asked to move but there were no tables available in the larger room. Server was apologetic and gracious. We ended up in a cozy little corner table in the bar which was lovely. The live music was soft and tasteful. Overall pleasant experience due to the polite and accommodating staff. BTW lovely resort!"
