"This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and this experience would likely make me not want to return. We sat waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table and take our drink orders. We then sat waiting for our sushi for nearly 2 hours! Our waitress repeatedly apologized about the wait and offered complementary appetizers but there really is no excuse that sushi should take two hours to make. It was relatively busy but not busy enough for that to be acceptable. The restaurant cleared out but even at this point it took a while for the sushi to come out. When we finally received the sushi it looked a mess and it was poorly put together and fell apart at the slightest touch. Whoever made the sushi clearly did not know what they were doing. There was also a man at the sushi bar making sushi with a large bushy beard that was very disturbing. I would not want to eat food made by this employee for sanitation reasons."

"Sushi rolls and nigiri are typically pretty good here. Nothing fabulous, but a good go-to sushi place. Servers have always been kind and professional, but they often get backed up in the sushi bar."

"reserved our evening with open. came into the restaurant and was very nicely greeted, the hostess then brought us to our table. sa and waited for about 20min before they were even waiting. the waiter was very rude and never filled our water glasses or never asked how to eat. do not plan to return to this Wasabi site."

"We went there for a date before a concert, after we sat down we waited 20 minutes for our server, we then ordered our food, it took another 15 to get our drinks, then took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress also misheard my boyfriend on what he ordered so he ended up only getting one order and not two and we didnt have the time to wait for them to make another one and wanted to check so we could leave."
