"This place has AMAZING FOOD AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employees are always so friendly and cheerful. The reason for the 1 star is because of the way that the employees are treated. In the winter there is no heat and they have to cook with winter jackets on to keep warm. A small space heater is not an adequate source of heat when the front door is opening and closing because this place have so much volume and is always packed. Now that it is summer there isn't any air conditioning for them. They are given a fan now so now it is a convection bake oven in there for the employees. It is unhealthy and unsafe. The front door propped open is there only opportunity for air flow. The workers come to work everyday seems like they never call out they are always working so hard and hustling. Maybe the tip money that the owner takes from them could pay for the electric bill if he ever decides to get the HVAC system fixed. Just saying..."

"I came here for a dozen bagel because they had the best reviews of any bagel shop in Newark. The ratings are deserved! They have a great selection of fresh bagels: a few of the options are on the sweet side like blueberry and cinnamon but most are the savory variety that I prefer. They offer at least nine different flavors of cream cheese, and their selection of sandwiches, salads, and omelets is mind-blowing! Their customer service is top-notch, too. I submitted a question and a comment to their website?s comments section and received a reply in a couple of hours. (I can?t even get contractors around here to do that on jobs that are going to make them thousands of dollars!"

"I ordered via Grubhub and they ended up calling me to let me know that they didn’t have a certain item so I asked for them to pay me back the difference in price since I changed my order. Instead, I could clearly hear them insulting me in Spanish. It’s my second language so I understood what they were saying. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand the frustration, but no way would I treat a customer like that. If I could I would leave 0 stars. Don’t treat your customers like that."

"I dine at this restaurant for lunch three times a week. They use high quality Thuman meats that I thoroughly enjoy. The fries are tasty and the bacon is consistently crispy. The food is top-notch and reasonably priced."
