"Giving it 5 stars for the outcome. We did not have a good experience here 2x during our stay with the same waitress. Still giving it 5 stars, because I'm guessing it's just that particular employee and feel the manager handled it well. She was gone most of the time (was not busy, and she was not around for anyone.. not just us. pretty sure she was going outside to smoke), food came out ice cold and looked like it was sitting around for close to the hour we waited for it (thankfully we were drinking too, otherwise we would not have waited so long) The manager was prompt and friendly... so KUDOS to you! Hopefully if/when we return we will dodge that one waitress that came back stinking of strong perfume and cigarettes. Thank you for having good management, as we don't like to complain... but it just go to that point!"
