"Poorly staffed, poorly organized. I've been to other hyvees and their food was great. This was sad. The first three things I asked for when I ordered, they were out of. Then I watched painfully as two people attempted to cook for what I believe was the first time in their lives. They didn't know where the ingredients were or how to use the oven. I can only assume they were unable to hire cooks and pulled people from shelf stocking to staff this."

"The ribeye steak and eggs were very tasty. The ribeye was on the thinner side, but some may find it to be the perfect size. The woman who brought out the food was fantastic, although I did not catch her name."

"Walked into the location and the person behind the desk didn't acknowledge me until after I went and stood in front of him for a little bit. Then he said hi and kept working on what he was working on. Then he said I'll be right back and he left. A few minutes later a different person came up and took me to a booth. It took a while after that for them to take my order. The fries were incredibly hard and crunchy. The burger was fine but the bacon I asked to be extra crispy was not. Overall the experience was meh."

"We are from Westchester County NY. Never been to Wahlburgers before but OMG i won't be able to stay away. We visited the Sunset Blvd location in California. Our waitress Heather was fantastic. We ordered Donnie's burger, Jenny's chicken salad, Chili fries. Everything we ate was out of this world delicious!! We will be going down to NYC to have the food again!"
