"The outside seating area is big and well organized. There is a fire pit to one side, but there are outdoor heaters in between all the tables. There is also a put-put section for the ?kids? to play. I?ll keep this short: Pros: Fresh, delicious food Comfortable seating Friendly service Cons: Pricey food (the pasta dishes don?t bring enough food, must order the ?meat? dishes which start at $32) Long wait (waited almost an hour for dinner and another 45 minutes after ordering dessert) Bread is not free Everything was delicious. From the appetizer bread, served with a baked garlic head and some type of olive sauce, to the white pizza, to the pasta and pork and steak. Best part was fresh made bread pudding. Never had a fresh dessert taste so good. I wish I could afford this place, I would definitely go again. Oh and they bring you a little brownie with a candle if they know it?s your birthday."

"Came in today and had their snowy plover and it was surprisingly refreshing. The renovation is fresh and ambience is modern. I was given the VIP treatment from Joanne herself and enjoyed the food. "My husband and I dined with two other couples last Saturday at Colore Italian and enjoyed such a wonderful evening! I had made reservations a week or more in advance, making a special request for one of the round booth tables. The owner (and completely gracious host , in every sense of the word) made note of my special request while acknowledging the 2 sold out shows at Swallow Hill that evening. Nevertheless, when we arrived for our evening, he had arranged things in his very busy restaurant so that we could enjoy conversation at the round table that I had hoped for. And then the food! It was fabulous! All 6 of us ordered one of the evening 's specials (Chilean sea bass on gnocchi and salmon on roasted squash and spinach) all so reasonably priced. Both dishes were melt in your mouth delicious with a luscious combination of flavors and textures. We all enjoyed CI 's classic Caesar salads and selections from their just right wine offerings. And, despite the busyness of the restaurant that evening, our experienced server Heather delivered all 6 meals at the same time. The whole meal was precisely what I had hoped for with our friends. Colore Italian walks the perfect balance of a neighborhood eatery (where we often go for pasta or pizza) and a destination restaurant (our friends coming from Denver, but just a short 10 minute Uber away). Than you, CI, for making our evening completely delightful in every way!"

"Every-time I have eaten in this deli, I ask myself why do I bother. The food is really boring and bland. The first time I had a tuna sandwich and my guy had a tuna salad, we both ended up with food poisoning. Never to be eaten again. Unfortunately, there is really nothing I could suggest that is good. The food pretty much sucks and the sports on tv any hour of the day, just makes this place worse, I didn't know this was also trying to be a sports bar!!!"

"I understand they were busy tonight however i ordered at 6:05 was given a 35-45min wait. I showed up at 6:47 had no problem waiting the 5min I was told. 20min later I got my food. I get home of course everythings cold but the worse part is, everything is undercooked. The pizza is still doughy, cheese not fully melted. The fries were limp tasted terrible. The chicken cheesesteak was mostly cheese barely any chickeb. 2 stars because they had gluten free options available."

"My third visit and my food was spot on but my daughter's biscuit and gravy was very bland. She said it was the most ordinary biscuits and gravy she's ever had and she is a B&G connoisseur. I tried the spicy chicken and waffles this time, not very spicy but pretty tasty. A crispy fry and seasoning on the fried chicken, the waffle had a nice flavor and held up well under the chicken, and the fruit looked fresh cut. Also tried the cheddar poblano grits, literally some of the best grits I've had (flavor and texture), and I grew up in Florida and grits are everywhere!"

"To start things off, the breakfast burritos are good. The reason I’m writing a negative review is because of the cashier. There’s two of them but the younger taller well-rounded girl is quite rude. I usually go in there for breakfast burritos. I’ve been attended by her 3 times and each time I’ve gone to pick up my order she basically throws it on the counter I can hear it hit the counter. Its a heavy burrito. It’s almost as if she’s throwing me food like a dog. She either needs training on how to handle food and customers or she needs to be replaced. The other cashier that works there doesn’t do that to my food. I’m about to eat this food that I purchased from your amazing restaurant, It’s a pet peeve when I see people treating my food that way. Why do I want to keep coming back and being treated the same way. Even though the food outweighs the service I don’t like being treated that way and I know one person not going to the restaurant is not going to make a difference but hopefully this review will be brought to the owners attention how she’s treating her customers or possibly just me I have no idea. As much as I want to keep spending my hard earned money on their delicious food, today’s the last burrito I’ve ever buy from them thanks to her unprofessionalism."

"Beyond words delicious. My daughter had pancakes that melted in our mouth, my best friend had mohara frita with garlic butter that was absolutely amazing, and I had the taco salad that was so good and so fresh. All the ingredients for fresh and not mushy, they seasoned everything to perfection. We ate so much and the food was not heavy. The customer service and the workers there were very sweet and amazing! During our trip we came back twice. And we will be back anytime we come to Southern California!!!!"

"The service was not great. Our server either didn't know how to make the coffee drink we ordered or didn't know it was supposed to be at least warm. She didn't check to see if it was even ok, we had to flag down someone else to get another one. Food was good, came out in good time, but the server just seemed new. Plus they are adding a service fee (which they give a flyer for when you come in without the of 8.5 ."
