"I had a very similar unpleasant experience as many other reviewers and do not plan on returning to this establishment. I made a 9pm reservation for 4 people on a Friday night. As my party and I arrived they lead us to outdoor seats which we asked why we were seated there in the freezing cold as no one else was sitting outside.
