"Been to this location several times in the past year . Seems like the customer service with food quality and food portion has definitely gone downhill at this location. The host and server was very rude. The whole atmosphere from the staff was tense and unwelcoming as if they didn't want to be there. The food was ok but portion size was small this time for the price we paid. The carpet had food on the floor and some of the tables were dirty. Most of the servers don't wear masks. Manager at this location definitely need to better train their staff to be more friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We wasn't even thanked for our visit from the server nor the host at the front door when leaving out. This definitely isn't the way to treat guests as we're the reason staff have jobs. I'm very displeased and dissatisfied with this location and will not recommend my family or friends to this location due to the poor customer service, food portion and quality, and the cleaniness of this restaurant. Definitely will be going to another location after this past Friday's visit."

"Last night, my husband and I went on a date to this olive garden in Middletown, Ohio. We had the pleasure of having Chad as a waiter. He told us they were short. To be honest, we could not say that they were short employees because the service was AMAZING. Chad was attentive and so polite. Chad gave us recommendations for our food and he knew the menu very well. It was a while since we went to the olive garden because the last time was not as good as an experience. After the last night we will definitely come back and especially ask for Chad. HIGHLY recommend eating here."

"Honestly I think COVID has been hard on restaurants in general and quality restaurant staff in particular. We had a great waiter but he was also a VERY green waiter. He definitely made up for it in enthusiasm and effort. The kitchen was also really slammed which he also compensated for well. We left a big tip."

"It's ok, but I could get the same food elsewhere and better for the same, if not less price. They have a few extremely busy female servers trying to do it all and a handful of bored looking teenagers (all males) standing around playing with boxes at counters or just standing there, waiting to be asked questions, I guess. I felt bad for the waitress and tried to tip well even though the food is way overpriced. Probably won't come back tbh."

"Our waitress was Angie and she was amazing!! Very friendly, very professional. She made sure we were taken care of. This is the first time that I’ve been to Olive Garden in a long time. They had this cool interactive tablet for the tables where we were able to pay. For appetizers I had the chicken and gnocchi soup and it was delicious, similar to a clam chowder. And I also had the fried ravioli, they were good too. The bread sticks of course were amazing as well. For entree I had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and omg that was absolutely delicious!! The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. The cheese sauce was great. The whole dish was so flavorful and the presentation was amazing. I had a great time at Olive Garden, and will definitely be back again."

"I don't normally eat at chain restaurants when I travel, preferring trying local spots. But after a long day of travel not many choices, I stopped by here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The salad was plentiful, very fresh and great tasting. I had spaghetti and have to say it rivaled the best I have ever had. Service was a little slow as far as ordering drink refills, but once ordered the food came quickly. I would return without hesitation."

"My friend and I arrived early for a doctor's appointment and had lunch at the above restaurant. The parking lot of full of vehicles but we were seated immediately. The waiter, Nate, was prompt. The salad, breadsticks and soup was wonderful with plenty of quick refills. A great meal for about $15.00. Hope to visit again soon!"

"The overall experience was good and we are super understanding to these things. They were really busy and they were short handed. Our server was a young man who had so many tables. He was trying hard to keep up but he did a great job. Unfortunately our food came out at the same time as our salad and appetizers. That was when our server noticed the kitchen made a plate wrong so he brought it right back. It only took 2 minutes to get a remake as apposed to the original 25 minute wait for food. (Again, super understanding and appreciative to the young server and staff). We also ordered more food to-go and those were brought to us very quickly. Although, we had to ask for a bag for these to-go items. So overall, it was a good time and good food, great staff, even while short staffed."

"I order Alfredo fettuccine when I arrive at the Smyrna location there was actually a customer complaining about the customer service and the pasta about how dry it was I actually order extra sauce before I even heard her complain and they gave me a dressing cup with extra sauce the pasta was very dry and Tasteless the manager Jason listen to the former customer complain after I order and took it with a grain of salt I will not come back either because it was very dry and tasteless and obviously they don't care!!!!"

"I wanted to order the takeover here, but as it turned out, I picked another place randomly. these people told me not to worry, they would make my order for free and they would give it to me. is that serious? I was blown away when they came with the order to my car and had not only done this, but also included dessert for free. they saw how embarrassing and angry I was, and went beyond and beyond with such a positive attitude beyond. this was one of the most positive service experiences I have ever had, these people are amazing and they made my evening. service like this still exists, and it is in olive garden in robinson. they have made a customer live here.
