"Ugh, what a nightmare. We ordered 1 bagel with cream cheese, 1 pancake, 1 coffee and 1 orange juice for delivery via Uber Eats because it was the weekend and we didn’t feel like leaving the house. The bagel was not toasted and was most definitely old considering it was hard as a rock. The pancake was topped with some kind of sugar mixture nobody asked for. The orange juice was warm and came in a bottle so they can’t even make the argument that it’s room temperature because it’s fresh squeezed when ordered. The coffee was disgusting. I asked for extra cream because I didn’t know how strong it would be. They only gave me 3 creams but apparently we needed three containers of syrup for one pancake? The coffee was bitter and I poured it down the sink. Go down the street to Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. It’s significantly better."
