"Our visit to Hudson West formerly Ousia, was a very pleasant experience. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly, but not too friendly. They listened to our questions re. content, allergies, etc. and answered honestly and if they didn't know, they went and asked someone who had the answer. The food was delicious especially the lamb, which was prepared differently than we were expecting but it was really tasty. We also had the Greek salad which was nicely prepared and was enough for the three of us to share, which we did. Since we were pressed for time, we could not finish our dessert, but it was just sorbet and/or gelato so we left half of it. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit out of the way, near the Hudson River, but once there it was fine. I would recommend it to my Westside friends enthusiastically. All in all, a most pleasant experience. We were made to feel as we were long awaited relatives coming home for a celebratory dinner."
