"Appetizers were good. We had colossal shrimps, crab meat with avocado and burata. I was upset no seas on the menu and they brought wrong pasta dish for my my friend. They also brought wrong water brand and the lobster was over cooked and rubbery. Presentation of the food could be better. Not going there anymore"

"we were entertaining out-of-state foods and thought we would try. Note that a gast that the escape chest escapes a large amount of skin and fat that was discarded. another guest who ordered a tiny Calamari steak that came with a mountain rice, had a lot to throw on the teller. side parts of kartoffels, beet, bean were beautiful, but were certainly mini-portions. a diner said that his petty tenderling was not only petty, but tough and gristy. my salat entree served with an additional lamb chopper was fabulous, but also very petty. When we came back to us, everyone was still hungry. I think we all wanted to have a great experience here, but the little bits will prevent us from coming back. we also waited very long for our escaped, because tables that sit after us were served much earlier. we had time, so it was not much from a thema to the time, but in retrospect the culinary experience compromises. I wanted to love this place, but no. we are restaurant-friendly diners and this negative review is certainly an anomaly of our norm."

"Definitely GO TO SUPPER! The staff really was top notch as they made sure we had the best experience possible. We were looking for late night dinner options in Manhattan and this one did not disappoint! The food was soooo delicious and the service was so kind and accommodating. They made sure we stayed warm. They moved us to a better table. And even though we were seated next to a large, loud engagement party, they made sure we were comfortable and even gave us breaks on drinks and dessert. They were also kind enough to let us pay with a credit card (this restaurant normally is cash only), so I really can't say enough nice things. We stayed until after 1 a.m., and they didn't even rush us out. At the end of the night, we were so happy with everything we took photos with the staff! Kudos to Supper for such a great restaurant experience! We will definitely be back!"

"Food and setting were good as always but the service was not as good as usual. I noticed it was all new wait staff so not sure if that was the issue. Kitchen was Very slow too. But overall still love the food so will try it again. Prices do run high though."

"The music was a bit loud for brunch/lunch time, but the food is consistently delicious! We were seated by the door on a 2 degree day, but the staff kindly moved us when we requested, which we truly appreciated."

"Quick service. Appetizers were great: octopus and calamari. Bread was very nice, but our server went to get one more and never brought it back. Baba ghanoush and hummus plate was very average, with only a tablespoon of roasted eggplant. Mushrooms were cooked in so much oil, that became greasy and soggy. Roasted potatoes were over baked, and sprinkled with parmesan afterwards, so it was no cheesy crust on them. Martinis were good."

"I really enjoy eating in boogaloos! I was with a very mixed party of eaters (my omni partner and my ovo-lacto friend) and we were all able to order really tasty food that corresponds to our preferences. we went to the weekend, so we had waited about 20 minutes, but the staff was efficient and friendly when we sat. I ordered the amazing vegan breakfast queensadilla and coffee (a little pitcher of soymilk came free as soon as I requested it.) there were a few veg options on the menu, and although I did not try it, it looked like they could sub tofu for any dish with iron. they even filled my to-go cup with coffee and let me fill my water bottle from one of their pitcher before I left. total a great brunching experience! updated by the previous review on Wednesday, 19th juni 2013"

"We enjoyed the ambiance and location was right across the street from the Long Center where we were attending the ballet so that was great. We were a few minutes late for our reservation due to traffic and they were happy to accommodate our party of 6. The food was good, not great but good. Our waiter was okay. We debated ordering dessert because of time restraints and our waiter assured us it would take no more than five minutes to get it. Well I’m not sure what his five minutes looks like but it definitely doesn’t look like my five minutes. Thankfully we weren’t late.... I would consider visiting here again if we attend another event in the area. It was nice to be able to carry on a conversation with members of our party and actually hear what they were saying."

"The first time here and it was great. Came at 4:30 and only one more couple came in until we were at 6. The tables are beautifully spaced and the decor is charming. Very clean. Our waiter Aldo was also very attentive and friendly. The bread that comes before the meal was warm fluffy goodness. The asparagus soup was so good! It looks rich, but it is light and only a touch creamy. Loved how good it was seasoned and asparagus taste was phenomenal. The best part was how hot the soup was. Usually go to restaurants, the soup is leached 2 seconds after the order and it is warm, but I loved how hot the soup was here. The shells were perfectly seasoned and the sauce was great. Didn't have a drink at dinner, but I'll say the shells were pretty tiny. Maybe only the batch they got this time since I saw the pictures of other people with much bigger shells. Tasteful but. The parpardelle was food for the soul. Cooked al Dente with a rich creamy sauce that is not too thick. Scallops, spinach, crab and sun-dried tomatoes came together wonderfully. The Strawberry Panna Citta was probably one of the best I had. Had beautiful crispy pieces almond top, the fantastic texture added. The strawberry flavor tasted fresh and the chocolate syrup to the side was a nice touch. The only rare was the regular cream brulee (they had also flavored a chocolate). It was a bit eggy and the comminuted sugar had a slight bitterness. I'm just gonna torment this because everything else tasted so good. Needless to say, I was still very happy with my meal and will be back."

And now the owner Mike has had itfor the last 16yrs and it has been the Twisted vine restaurant since. With lots and lots of exciting history and haunted storiesand paranormal activities since day one. You can buy tickets online for many different things and events they have. "My family and I came to dinner at 8:30 after graduation at WCU. My daughter had the lamb-coop special that was amazing! She commented that it was the best food she ever had. My son had the scallop speciality... most amazing. My husband asked the cook to get a fish dish for him. The cook was a red snapper. We live near the coast, so we eat a lot of seafood. My husband said it was the best red snapshot he ever had... what much says. I had the shrimps and grits I often order in different restaurants. The lobster sauce combined with the red sauce and shrimp... so good!! And I can't forget the homemade ice cream! I honestly cannot say enough about this meal. We also enjoyed talking to the chef and learning that his ingredients come from local farms. If we were living here, that would be a restaurant that we would often be."

"Waiter was not so nice, the restaurant was empty and he made me get out of a 5 person table because I was alone. What he doesn’t know is that I am someone who eats out every day .. but not going back because of him ."

"Went about 2:30 on a Friday. There was only one other table and a few people at the bar. It was my second time going. Our waitress was Ileen C., and she was AWESOME. Ask for her, if you can! She said upfront that the cherry Coke is always flat, which already made me respect her, and she offered to add some regular Coke to make it bubblier, which is just good problem solving. The food, of course, was delicious. I don't like taking food pictures because I'd rather just eat the food, but it looked too good to Not to. And since I remembered loving the food the last time... We both upgraded our sides for $2."
