"We've eaten at Anise a couple of times and have found our new favorite Vietnamese! The food is outstanding. The service is great. The owner greets us every time we come. And, as a family with several dietary restrictions, Anise is great about marking what's gluten free or can be made that way. "So far I had the grilled pig and grilled chicken sandwiches. Both were delicious! Bread was fresh, vegetables crispy and meat was tasteful. I want to try the Lemongrass Tofu next! "One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle! Truly the only one in contention for me is Pho Bac, for pho. But Vietlicious serves the BEST vermicelli bowls I have had from a restaurant yet. I am Vietnamese and my mom is an amazing homechef so typically, I am disapointed in vermicelli bowls at restuarants. I was so impressed by Vietlicious. The pork wasflavorfully seasoned and cooked to perfection! The fish sauce that came with it was a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Theportions were very generous.
