"I used A S Stamford to meet my wedding in May 2021 and the guests are talking STILL about the food two months later. From an Italian family who likes to eat, I was very selective about who we hired for our wedding. Erik and his team have blown it completely out of the water and made my night so incredibly unforgettable. He gave us a selection of handed over Horderven to choose cocktail hour and was honest about which he thought best to what we had for dinner / the theme of our evening. Dinner was plated as a surfing turf and we wanted to make sure that the tastes all blended well together Erik, again, spoke of his expertise and drew us to the right decision. For Dessert we simply wanted to keep it with Italian pastries, but also modern and funny. Erik suggested adding some homemade 'Yodels' and 'twinkies' to the mix and the guests loved this touch! Above all, we wanted to make sure that our guests who stay in the evening (or drive home) had a snack. Erik and his team have made an amazing task to take Italian combos and chicken cutlet subs for all home. My guests absolutely LOVED that our exit station was 't your typical hot dog or Brezel to go. I was so specific about details like our Charcuterie Station when I was dinner when desserts cut out and cakes and Erik kept his team working on exactly this schedule. Except for the type of mixers I asked, and allergy accommodations, Erik covered every single detail and made me feel like I was in good hands all night. The pictures of the food here do not do justice. The short rib fell from the bone and the sauces to accompany the francaise were delicious. I don't think there's a cup of food left behind every guest who ate her whole plate! On a separate note we often got lunch and sandwiches from A S and it is always delicious.
