"I am not from the area and have stopped looking for a search in Google maps for restaurants in the area. I bought 3 slices of pizza with extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni. I was hungry, so I ate her in the car. The slices were great. The size of the slices was good. The cheese was good. The sausage was real. The slices were so good that I went back to the restaurant to buy a little cake. Lol. I'm sure if the owners read this, they'll know who I am. Anyway, the food was worth the praise. I don't have any pictures because I have received the request for this review on the following day, and... the pizzas have gone sadly."

"Tonight was our first night at this restaurant. We noticed the wine and Dine Special for Friday night, which included two entrees and a bottle of wine for $60. We live in Wetau, but decided to try something different. It was definitely worth the drive. Our waitress, Peggy, was very friendly. They brought a beautiful bread basket to the table before our meal, with three different types of bread. I ordered the eggplant spinach pasta with penne and my husband ordered the chicken rollatini marinara with penne, which also had spinach. Both dishes were large and absolutely delicious. We ended up taking half of them home. We also enjoyed a bottle of pinot grigio, which was a generous size and tasty. We will definitely be returning. They also have pasta specials on Monday nights and chicken specials on Tuesday nights, which can be found on their website at very affordable prices. The dining room was clean, quiet, and all COVID protocols were followed. The front entrance of the restaurant features a pizza counter with a variety of pizzas available for takeout or delivery."

"Located at the Blockbuster Plaza off of St. Georges Avenue in Linden, this establishment is literally a hidden gem. Named after the owner’s wife, I have been coming to Bella Gina’s for many years, where the owner, Anthony, greeted us upon entering today and recognized me by name. Being an old-school Italian deli, my go-to sandwich is called Mama’s Delight, consisting of fresh mozzarella made in house, tomatoes, and pesto on a hard Italian bread cut into two. One of my colleagues accompanied me, and being a first-timer, she got the prosciutto, mozzarella, and roasted peppers on hard Italian bread. Both orders came with homemade potato chips. Besides sandwiches, they also have a large selection of Italian cuisine, salads, and Italian products for takeout and catering. The sandwiches are enough for two meals, are made fresh, and taste delicious. If you are in the area, give this place a try."

"I ordered linguini with (white) clam sauce.... well apparently what I was told when I called back, i asked how it was prepared, the person asked what do you mean? I said isnt it supposed to be linguini, white wine, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley? Person on the phone said yes thats right ok well attached is the picture of what I got, I got linguine, drenched in oil, sliced garlic, parsley and 6 little neck clams on top, only thing i ate were the clams and a few bite of the pasta because i tried to give it the benefit of a doubt................ never ordering from this place again."

"My coworker and I are huge fans of bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. We love them with home fries, salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce all in a roll. It sounds simple, but so many places get it wrong. This spot, however, nails it. The deli is clean, and just as importantly, the coffee is excellent."

"Missed an international connection with united airlines. After waiting an hour and a half in the airport to have the agent provide a phone number for us to call to have our hotel arranged, we were given this hotel. After navigating JFK with a baby all night to find the “hotel shuttle pickup” Long Beach hotel shuttle was no where to be found. We called the hotel and they provided us with a number to call for our shuttle. I called the number and rude woman named “Kathy” told me her shuttle would come get us but we had to be at the departures in terminal F. We had to then navigate with our 3 suitcases, stroller, car seat (me being a small framed woman, traveling with my 1 year old son, and best friend, another woman) we finally made our way back to departures. It’s around 3 am at this point, and our driver starts to give us a hard time because we don’t have a voucher that American Airlines didn’t provide us because we had to deal with our situation over the phone. We argued about this for around 30-45 mins, to have the hotel manager tell him on the phone we will figure it out and settle at the hotel check in. The driver proceeds to call “Kathy” and she tells him without a voucher he cannot drive us, and to drop us off right where we were, in the middle of the night at 3 am in New York and it was “too bad for her” (me). Two women and a baby. Thankfully our driver had a conscious morals and did not do this. We finally got to the hotel and the manager did not help the driver resolve any issues so I ended up paying him myself. The hotel is tiny and not good for anyone traveling with large or a lot of luggage. The room was small and old, the water pressure barely there. To top things off, someone tried entering our hotel room in the night, but thankfully I had the door latched. The door opened to where I could see light come in from the hall, I said “hello”, being half asleep not clueing in what was going on, and finally the door shut. This would have been around 4-5 am. Ended up ordering our own Uber back to JFK next morning to avoid dealing with any more shuttle issues."

"Loved it. Both seating and service were prompt. The waiter was friendly and fun. Interior was attractive, but we sat outside. I had the Beet'N Goat Grilled Cheese. Roasted golden beets and goat cheese on grilled sourdough. I'd never heard or thought of such a thing, so I had to try it. Delicious. We tried to go back the next night, but at that moment in July they were closed on Sundays due to lack of staffing."

"It was one of the saddest restaurant experiences I have had such a bad experience, starting with our wait person who was in attentive and slow in bring refreshments, asking for our order or inquiring if we had other needs after the food arrived. The braised beef rib dinner was over cooked or burned to where cutting would have required a sharp edge blade (good luck with that). You may gather from my comments that I won't be visiting this establishment or would I in good conscience ever recommend anyone visit."
