"I use to love Georgia Peach but now their absolute trash! They stopped accepting orders over the phone for carryout. ?Claims? that people order over $400+ for food a day and don?t come get it..You have to order online or walk in. I waited 45+ minutes for salmon. They didn?t even care how long I waited, seen I was getting upset didn?t even care. This was the second time they did this to me!!! Told me twice ?it?s coming it?s coming?. Not to mention one time before I ordered off Door Dash, mind you that wait is even longer.. forgot my string beans which I don?t understand how because it?s on the receipt in black white, I call to let them know, they had the audacity to tell me to come get it! Really said well you can come get it. Excuse me? That?s the purpose of me ordering Door Dash so I didn?t have to come!!! I never got my money back from them or Door Dash but it was a petty side that was like $5. Still. It?s the principle of the situation. Then wanna have attitudes because they can?t keep up with their orders or can work under pressure!!! Then the food don?t even be worth the wait. You can tell different people make the food on different days. The cornbread is also horrible!! Today was my last time at Georgia Peach in Woodlawn. And they was forgetting people items with their food like their gravy?s. Just bad for business. Look at how my food is all thrown together. Lol smh.. I waited all that time for the salmon for it to not even look done. Scumbags."

"I love this establishment and have been a repeat customer at primarily the Windsor Mill location. Since moving, this location is closer to me now and I have ordered from here at least five times. The staff have been pleasant and efficient when picking up my online orders in the restaurant. Last night was my first issue with my delivery order. For those who order the salmon, it is typically tender, seasoned with salt and what appears to be parsley. For $32, this is what I received; an unseasoned, dry, and overcooked piece of fish. The side items were consistent; delicious I got the cabbage and yams) but I was very dissatisfied because I usually love the salmon and was really looking forward to this meal. If they did not have the proper ingredients they should have called and offered an alternate option. I attempted calling with no answer, however I understand they were near closing. I called today to leave a message for management, but the mailbox was full. After reading other reviews, I see that management typically does not respond to balanced or negative reviews, nor offers a credit or comp for dissatisfactory food. Constructive criticism should be valued and addressed reasonably. As a medical black business owner myself, I understand staffing challenges due to the pandemic- however taking accountability, knowing limitations, and being appreciative of all clientele especially regulars) are all paramount in retaining customers and business growth."
