"Came with a friend for lunch and this was very obviously the best customer service either of us have seen in a very long time. The employees were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the service was unbelievably fast. Both our orders were ready before we even finished paying.As far as the food, it was good but not exceptional. Agree with other reviews that say the bbq sauce was unimpressive. Mac and cheese is most likely boxed, pretty flavorless. Stuffed baked potato was good, but it could be great with an improved sauce thicker, more flavorful, etc. I would come back here for the lovely staff before I crave their food again."

"the food was tasty, though a bit overpriced. I had a pineapple martini that was filled to my table lukewarm and not even to the edge of the glass. Mom ordered spiedini for appetizer she loved. I've had a beet salad, which was okay. I didn't taste much of a dressing on the beet. for entrees we had penne wodka with garnelen and bronzini. again the food was delicious, but not fabulous. my fish was only warm when it came to the table, so when I got to eat there was no heat in the court. many of the menu items listed in the special menu were not available (from them). few dessert selections, no special desserts. Grant was our server and was very pleasant, except for the earth, and quite nice to chat with."

"This restaurant is by far one, if not the best I have eaten in my 50 years of food. The cafeteria style of the service was inviting. The staff was helpful and happy. Looks like a good time atmosphere. I tried many foods and was blown away with the bounty filled pork chop. All food mouth water ducks are a must. I loved it!"

"Food was good, not great, not authentic Greek food in any way. Slightly overpriced. Things like all plates come with brown rice,5 potato wedges and legit frozen veggies from a bag. That’s not Greek food.The salad was from a bag and not washes, you know when you get that dry taste.Again the food wasn’t aweful, but the 99 is cheaper and way better.And not to be taken the wrong way!!!! Indians are not greek cooks, the best greek restaurants seem to be family ones, they have 5 generations in the kitchen. They have trays of greek pastries everywhere…. Not knocking the place just won’t go back."

"We visited on February 15th for a belated Valentine's dinner. I ordered the filet mignon stuffed with a cheese blend, which was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this dish to everyone and will definitely be ordering it again in the future. My partner had the rack of lamb, which was beyond amazing. The lamb was tender and juicy, perfectly cooked to my liking (not pink, as I dislike pink meat). Joe, the owner, made sure to check on us and engage in conversation, giving us a personal touch that made us feel special. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to the Golden Spur multiple times in the future. This is a restaurant that I will keep coming back to."

"I stumbled upon this charming little country restaurant while heading to Florida. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The catfish was among the best I’ve ever tasted, and my son declared that his burger was not only one of the best he had ever eaten but also the largest! He ordered a triple burger, and it was enormous! Above all, this place has a delightful charm—it truly feels like a breath of fresh country air. The staff is so friendly that you feel like you’ve known them forever."
