"I could tell by a quick scan of the reviews that I was in for a good burger. But I didn't know how good. It was delicious. Definitely need the double patty, as the individual hand-pattied burgers are certainly meaty enough solo. The cheese curds were delicious too, and you get a heaping serving of them. The shack was completely full by the time I left with my to-go order, and a regular was raving about the hamburger steak. Can't wait for a return trip to try some other items."

"Horrible, we ordered 1 A&W Combo and Long John Silver 2 fish combothe fish was kinda greasy so I asked for napkins they only gave me 2. They said they were only following cheap owners instructions. "The grilled shrimp po-boy was delicious. The bread it comes on is soooo good! It's a rustic somewhat crusty chewy type of bread. The fried pickles are spears, they're so juicy and are a perfect sour. I loved them! I did deduct a star because it wasn't busy at the time of my visit and although the fries were fresh and really good they weren't fresh out of the fryer molten lava hot like I expected them to be. "eat good and they usually get their order right. sometimes it is a medium to long wait in the drive thru but eating is always hot when they get it. the new thing of only 1 weic acid or sauce for certain things and then 2 for others.etc is ridiculous. you get fish that you like, weedic acid and they don't give you enough. they used to throw five or more bags in, but now they get one or two..so I have to keep tartaric acid in my refrigerator. (I don't eat seafood, but my man does and they have a good variety of things that I usually get the chicken and it's in the very delicate and damp. it's rare to get tough bun, but it happened once that I can think."

"I haven't been here in a really long time, so I finally went in tonight, and I'm glad that I did, they made my food fresh, I ordered 8 fish, and 8 chicken plank's, and ten shrimp, fries, corn, hush puppies, coleslaw, rice, and it was delicious, oh yeah! "I only ordered 2 pieces of chicken, 3 shrimp, and 2 hush puppies. The total came to $9.77. I understand prices may have increased, but this was outrageous. If I wanted to spend that much money for such a small amount of food, I would have gone to Red Lobster. Not only was it pricey, but the food was excessively greasy. I have been to Long John Silver's before and it was never this greasy. I will not be returning, as I cannot afford it. Goodbye."

"I was at this location last night! I was having a bad day, but was looking forward to coming here since we don't have one where we're from. But I was impressed with the fast and friendly service, I left there in a good mood and to top it off, the food was AMAZING! Fish tacos and chicken plank the inside needs renovated, but what really mattered was the food, which is the main reason for my 5 stars. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back!"

"I truly enjoy the food although it is pretty greasy but they never let me down. I love the 2-piece fish dinner and the clams also. The restaurant is always pretty clean as well as the bathrooms. "The music was the best thing out of this entire experience. I went to HBB for a bday party and our bartender was serving super watered down drinks. Went to the second bar downstairs and that bartender caught a giant attitude and shooed us like children. Ended up going across the street to the Bella Union for better drinks. The food was also sub par. Definitely understand why the place was empty."

"The restaurant offered a delicious cocktail called "Manana," and the bartender put a unique twist on it. Even though they were busy, the drink still tasted fantastic! I also tried half an order of nachos, which were decent but large enough to share with someone. The bar had a great atmosphere, and I would definitely consider returning. The bartenders were friendly and attentive throughout my visit."
