"Food is decent pizzas are great, I like the dough and the crust. Pastas are on the salty side. Just a couple simple recommendations to make the experience better: add some veggie only specialty pizza options streamline your menus online. When I view your menu through google I see one thing. When I click to order for pickup, there are multiple forums through which I can place an order, however the menu options appear to be slightly different through each forum (EatStreet and Slice). They are different from one another, AND different from the menu I see through google. And the prices all seem to be different too. For example, try to order just “spaghetti and meatballs”. I could type out all the inconsistencies I found but it’s exhausting. This is immensely frustrating. One time I was unable to customize my pizza order through the online ordering forum the way I wanted, and was confused about options available because of discrepancies between the menus, so I called up the shop and asked about options available, and was told that the restaurant could “make anything, just tell me what you want”. If only this ease and flexibility could be conveyed through the online ordering mechanism. It would be so great. Because of my experience, I feel inclined to call in my order every time. Alas, it seems you are too busy to reliably pick up your phone. So please, streamline the menus, at the very least for consistency."
