"Lunch today was my first time at Steak-Out and I am so impressed by the fantastic customer service! I did my order online with no troubles or hassles. When I got back to the office to eat, my food was still hot and so delicious, without being bland or over seasoned. I had the chopped steak with mushroom gravy yum yum! I wish I had gotten the employee's name that greeted me; I was greeted by name and felt so welcome and taken care of I will most certainly be back!"

"I love our local Texas Steak Express. To start with, the employees are always so friendly. They are always smiling and appear to enjoy what they do. I have never had any order issues. They get the order ready when it is supposed to and it has always been 100% correct. The food is delicious. It is always hot and ready to go. I definitely recommend trying it out!"
