"I went here on a Friday afternoon with family. It was empty. As a business owner I will never give someone else a 1-star but hopefully you guys can action some things to improve your company. The food we received was very bad. I rarely complain about food. I had a Felinni sandwich. The tomatoes and peppers on it made the whole thing so soggy. My mother in laws lasagna was bad as well. We told this to our waiter and she called the manager. The manager too our plates back and said she was very sorry and she will see what she can do. My wife’s food was good. My daughter’s ice cream was great. Since I didn’t eat my food we asked for the bill. The waitress brought it back. Our meals were not removed from the bill. I paid the. I’ll and still left a 20% tip. But here’s what I would have done if I were the manager: 1) Remove items that were bad from bill. 2) Offer the customer something else on the menu and make it as fast as possible. 3) Bring a shared dessert to the table on the house Sfizi used to be one of our favorite spots but the new management and owners are really dropping the ball.
