"I was a customer of A8 for a little more than a year (since the pandemic started). when I first ordered from them, I found eating absolutely delicious (baked well, well cooked, etc). as both my man and I do not eat meat, we found it hard to find a good vegan spot. we learned from A8 about seemingly starting and chose it based on their high 4.8 rating (previously 2020 rating). at the beginning, eating was well done and it became our gothic spot if we don't feel like cooking. Unfortunately, in the last few months we have found eating to be not consistent. first we thought we might order our food too late at night, right before the conclusion or last call for delivery. normally we order the general tso protein. always have. first the dishes were great. but now we find the meals either too chewing or too dry or not freshly tasting. not sure if they have a new cook, but eating is not so great. Yesterday we took a chance and ordered the general tso protein, which turned out to be dry and didn't taste well at all. first I didn't want to say anything and just let go and maybe wait a few months before I ordered them again. I decided to call the restaurant and inform them about my experience with eating. not sure if my complaining of baptism went, but at least I let them know that I was disappointed in their eating and that I had been a faithful customer who found her eating to sink in taste/quality."
