"Normally, the Oxford would get a 5-star review from me. It's a favorite place in Lodi. Granted, Christmas Eve was crowded and we, and others, were very grateful that they chose to be open on the Eve. We were celebrating a birthday. The food, as always, was outstanding. The staff friendly. However, 3 of our 4 meals were delivered together and the server never noticed/checked about the meal for the birthday person. She eventually returned to ask if the food was okay, at which point we had to remind her to go find the rib eye steak (the most expensive item on the menu). Sorry, you dropped the ball on this one. Four meals are not that many to remember for a single table. Disappointing."
