"February 14th was my husband and I first time at this particular Alehouse. We were excited (Valentine's Day) kept having to ask the waiter for things that should have already been on the table, had to ask for veggies, ordered a togo lunch as well, was not what we ordered, had a extra charge on bill no one could account for, and still tipped. Three more times over a few days, my Boss and I ordered lunch, order was not right, asked for veggies of the day, no veggies. Last straw today 2/21/06, ordered lunch, no veggies that were requested, baked potato was brown all the way through, called a few times, and was put on hold until I hung up. Do you think this is good for their BUSINESS?????? Also, this last time I ordered (2/21/06), there were no napkins or silverware (plastic forks, spoon, and knives) huh, huh???? What other steps do you think I should take??? (Smart remarks are not open for suggestion)."
