"Dined here a couple of years ago. Returning felt vaguely similar to last time (the parking area behind the restaurant is full as last time) although it seemed the general mood has become less inviting. Upon our arrival the hostess did not smile and led us to our table in the next room. The noise level in the main dining area was off the charts loud and we were not unhappy to be away from the noise. Our waiter was prompt at addressing our table and was polite and helpful. While we were enjoying being the only patrons in the room I noticed that the noise was not held to the main dining area but also in the room where we were via the kitchen beyond and serving station located just behind me. Several servers were going there and throwing various cutlery around oblivious to how obtrusive this was. Then our hostess began to prepare a few tables in front of me with a high chair and more cutlery and place settings. Fine- although we knew the noise level would increase. We enjoyed our food but the hard surfaces in the room should be pared down somehow. It’s difficult to talk and enjoy dining with so much noise. This is a problem lately with many restaurants so this one is no different."

"Lizzy's Tequila Bar Grill is located on East River Street and stands out as one of the few restaurants in the area offering options for vegans. Situated conveniently close to hotels on the east side and the Waving Girl statue, this casual spot is a great choice for a meal. I opted for the Veggie Fajitas, which were generously filled, and also ordered a side salad. The side salad was a smaller version of Lizzy's Shockingly Good House Salad and was a delicious mix of greens, black beans, corn, roasted okra, and plenty of avocado. The okra was particularly tasty. I plan on trying the larger house salad next time, as well as sampling one of their many fruity cocktails."

"We arrived as a party of 6 at approximately 6pm. There were roughly 8-10 customers in the restaurant, mostly at the bar. We were promptly seated and our order was taken by a friendly server. A member of our party order an appetizer and was informed 25minlater it wasn?t available. He ordered another appetizer and received it in a timely manner. 3 of us received our ordersapproximately 45 min after ordering. 10 minutes later the rest of us received our orders, one of which was the wrong flavor ofwings and one missing an ala cart side item. 20 minutes later he received his correct order of wings and the other member theside item that was missed. At this time he requested a box for his wings as we were all done eating and ready to leave after 1.5hrs in the restaurant. This was not a busy weekend night but a Tuesday. The problem I have with all the above issues is themanger never once came by and apologized for the dysfunctional service caused by the kitchen. That was left to the kind serverwho had nothing to do with the issues. At least they could have comped the order for my coworker who left with his box of wingsto go after working a 13hr shift. I take my role as a Google reviewer seriously and rely on it heavily when out of town.Furthermore I typically don?t leave a bad review unless I visit a location twice because every restaurant can have an ?off?night. There is no excuse for this many errors and no manager having the courtesy to take a minute to swing by and apologize forthis type of service. We all spent an average of $30 and tipped the server good anyway."

"we ordered the fish and chips and the fish of the day sandwich. Fish was amazing, flaky batter like a beerbatter, not oily very delicate fish. fries were eaten cold and shiny was on point, very creamy. the sandwich we ordered was snapper everything I can say I will order it again! fresh fresh fish! flaky and tender again were pommes cold, but Slav was creamy."
